    What You’ll Do:

    • Be the first point of contact for customers, offering exceptional service and support from start to finish.
    • Collaborate with clients to brainstorm innovative sign solutions, ensuring their vision comes to life.
    • Oversee projects from initial design to final production, making sure every detail is perfect.
    • Manage sales and quotes using our job management software, order materials and supplies, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Stay agile and think on your feet as you handle the day-to-day flow of a busy creative environment.

    What We’re Looking For:

    • A creative mind with a passion for design and customer service.
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator.
    • Someone who is detail-oriented, with a drive to go above and beyond to deliver excellence.

    Bonus Skills:

    • Familiarity with MS Office and general computer skills on PC.
    • Administrative experience and some heavy lifting capabilities.
    • A valid Driver’s License.
